GA-8000FG is a high concentration food grade powder glucoamylase produced from selected strains of Aspergillus niger through submerged fermentation, extraction and refining processes.
GA-8000FG has a high conversion rate of starchy substrates into
fermentable sugars. It can hydrolyze α-D-1, 4 glucosidic bonds from
the non-reducing end of starch one after. It can also slowly
hydrolyze the α-D-1, 6 glucoside branch bonds of starch and cleave
the α-1, 3 bonds to release glucose.
GA-8000FG has found its wide application in food industries
including baking, alcohol, distilled spirit, brewage, etc.

SAFETY & ENZYME HANDLING
Inhalation of enzyme dust and mists should be avoided. In case of
contact with skins or eyes, promptly rinse with water for at least
